an all veggie day

4-27-2012 Fri. chilly, cloudy.  


BREAKFAST --- chai 
LUNCH --- mung bean noodle soup with cauliflowers 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- chai 
DINNER --- sauteed bok choy | Turkish clam rice | fennel and lettuce salad



 
  • bok choy is harvested from C. garden fresh before dinner, sweet and tender.
