LUNCH --- ( at La Cevicheria, LA ) peruano: red snapper ceviche with potatoes| concha negra: bloody clams ceviche with tomato salsa 
DINNER --- (at Korean House of Noodles, LA) Kimchi Soojaebi (수제비): house made soup dumpling noodles |  steamed dumplings

  • Getty Center sits impressively up on the hill,  the art collection is not as impressive. 
  • Latin American ceviches of rare bloody clams. not as delicious as in the lost memory of old Shanghai style liquor-marinated version. 
  • Korean soup dumpling noodles with pungent broth and chewy texture.
