Southern Californian cuisine at Lucques

AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple and homemade onion bread 
DINNER --- ( at Lucques , LA ) cauliflower soup with bandon vale irish cheddar and cauliflower leaves | ricotta dumplings with pea shoots, pecorino and meyer lemon salsa | grilled chicken with risotto carbonara, dandelion and wild mushrooms | pan-roasted trout with braised bacon, artichokes barigoule and black olive aïoli | wine 








  • Suzanne Goin's French California cuisine, main characters ( chicken, fish) are superb,  supporting roles ( rest part of the dishes)  are too crowded and over-sauced.
