Sea Bream

11-03-2012 Sat. chilly, cloudy and windy.


WEEKEND BREAKFAST  --- coffee  | croissant | bread and jam | apple
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea | Persian cookie | making shrimp dumplings | baking Limpa bread
DINNER --- sauteed lightly pickled mustard green | roasted whole sea bream with fennel, shiitake, seasoned with grated ginger, garlic and fresh herbs | rice | wine

  • sea bream is excellent, better than Bronzini, or red snapper
