Shrimp,Octopus and Mackerel

DINNER --- snacks and drink :  pan-fried shrimp patty lollypop | baked Japanese sweet potato fries | seaweed crackers | Japanese candied peanuts | cava ||

Starter
• Dashi Marinated Tomatoes

     - bonito flakes + kombu
 • Avocado Spring Rolls (harumaki)
    - avocado
    - shallots
    - sea salt and lemon juice
    - spring roll wrap
 • Takowasa (octopus wasabi salad)
    - simmered octopus tentacle
