BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- steamed vegetable buns 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- peach 
DINNER --- tomato soup with shiitake and egg drop | brown short grain rice | sauteed fresh peas with garlic scape and tofu skin | wine 





   



  •  brown short grain rice has its particular firm and chewy texture, it takes twice as long to cook as the traditional Chinese or Japanese short grain rice
