DINNER --- pan-fried baby artichokes with roasted red pepper | hush brown with leftover filet mignon

DINNER ---  kamameshi rice cooked in dashi  with silver sardines, carrot, celery, greens and shiitake| grilled shishito on skewer

  • sardine filet from local Japanese shop. just as good  as eel in kamameshi
