a summer treat: chilled soba with natto

 DINNER ---  chilled soba with natto, seaweed and shiso leaves, with dashi dipping broth | pan-fried shishito peppers | white miso soup with silken tofu and beech mushroom |  sweet soy braised Japanese pumpkin kabocha | parboiled Japanese greens | simmered wood-ear, gingko seeds, beech mushroom and celery in dashi broth | cured fish  || green tea | mocha mochi | mocha jelly cake
