in the mood for the fresh, the cool and translucent

DINNER ---  De-zhou style braised chicken | bean sprouts, bean curd, red pepper and Thai basil in clam broth | stir-fried Roma beans | eggplant relish and rye crackers | homemade la-pi  (flat rice starch noodles) with cucumber,pickles, threaded chicken and herbs in sesame and horseradish sauce  || tea | dessert: homemade fermented rice, sticky rice dumplings,  rhubarb juice jelly cubes, kiwi, strawberry and blue berry 













  • summery feast, with fireflies twinkling in the garden.
