cook fresh, store less

BREAKFAST

LUNCH --- rolls with cured pork
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- apple
DINNER --- pan-roasted jalapeno stuffed with minced chicken and wild chive | Shanghai style stir-fried "three kinds of threaded vegetables" ( 炒三丝): carrots, celery and shiitake | rice | wine

  • down to last items in the fridge by Friday, good practice to cook fresh, store less. wild chives are collected from the garden.
