Ceviche and Swedish pickled herring

BREAKFAST

LUNCH --- rice with sauteed asparagus and shrimp
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- cherries
DINNER --- tilapia ceviche and celery | stir-fired green beans with black bean sauce | sauteed mushroom, wood-ear and green onion | rice | fennel and avocado salad

  • there is some similarity between ceviche and Swedish pickled herring.
