LUNCH --- seasoned rice with cured pork wrapped in reed leaves (棕子)
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- cherries
DINNER --- sauteed fresh peas with garlic scape and cured pork | new potato and fish stew in roasted red pepper sauce | red wine




  • the rice leaf bundle (棕子) is for the Chinese Duan Wu festival (or Dragon Boat Festival), a tradition of a couple of thousand years.
