dinner ready in 30 minutes

BREAKFAST
--- coffee
LUNCH --- rice | clay pot dish of wheat gluten and vegetables ( leftovers)
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- apple | kumquats
DINNER --- stir-fried cabbage with chili sauce | sauteed bean sprouts with minced chicken | pan-fried pork chop | rice | wine


  • chop, fry and boil, a dinner in 30 minutes with rice, fresh vegetables and meat.
