Firecracker red peppers

BREAKFAST
--- coffee

LUNCH --- soba noodles and fresh soy beans | clementine
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- Japanese green tea | kumquats
DINNER --- steamed fermented tofu with cilantro | sauteed young mustard green | pan-fried pointed red pepper ( stuffed with minced tofu skin and lotus root, in sweet and sour sauce ) | rice | wine




  • not known the name of the variety, these small pointed red peppers are sweet and hot, the outer layer is kind of papery.
