BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- rice with sauteed bean sprouts and pea leaves
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- apple
DINNER --- salad of fennel, endive,radish and tomato | soba noodle with parboiled spinach and dashi | sauteed Chinese gourd with tomato and mushroom | wine
