  • unique experience of Japanese Buddhist vegetarian cooking.
  • Rikyu-fu is wheat gluten (Chinese name Kao-fu) often used in Buddhist diet. they are handmade from a shop in Nara Japan ( shown in the drawing in the last picture) served at Kajitsu.
