AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- white wine | baguette | Spanish Serrano ham: Navidul (aged 15 months), Jamondor ( 12months), (from Despana in SoHo) , Surryano ( Viginia Surry Farm, Spanish style) | concord grapes | tea
DINNER --- shishito tempura | roasted matsutake soup with mizuna | linguine with manila clams | steamed baby spinach with mocha foam and tempura drops | rock fish in ginger and scallion sauce | bread | wine || Japanese soft pastry | green tea
