seared sea scallops, baby artichokes

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- ( in garden ) coffee | milk | strawberries | croissant | bread and blue cheese   
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea 
DINNER --- Provencal garlic soup with sage, toasted bread and poached egg | steamed manila clams with ginger and lemon | seared sea scallops with citrus dressing | pan-fried baby artichokes | sauteed radicchio and hen-of-the woods mushrooms | rice | wine
