tofu and vegetables

BREAKFAST ---water
LUNCH --- steamed dumplings 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple 
DINNER --- sauteed chayote with tomato and herbs | stir-fried chive flowers and smoked tofu | seasoned tofu skin with roasted red pepper | sauteed bok choy with shiitake | rice | wine
