yam noodles in Thai spicy broth

BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- baked rice with lamb
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
DINNER --- steamed short ribs with crashed roasted rice | tong-hao leave porridge | Thai-style spicy yam noddles with seafood and okra | rice | fennel and lettuce salad | wine
