Provencal garlic soup

BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- steamed dumplings 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
DINNER --- Provencal fresh herb garlic soup with poached egg and toasted bread | sauteed spinach | steamed eggplant with spicy garlic sauce | rice | fennel salad | wine
