BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- rice with sauteed vegetables 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
DINNER --- baked Japanese sweet potato fries | sauteed mustard greens | steamed Chinese taco buns with roasted pork shoulder and caramelized onion | wine
