lamb chop and couscous

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | croissant |  bread | gouda and brie | grapefruit AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea 
DINNER --- lotus root and wood-ear soup | stir-fried eggplant | sauteed lotus root | grilled lamb chop with mustard and toasted Sardinia fregola (kind of couscous)  | wine
