can you pronuce Sardou, Etouffee, and Beignets

2-1-2013 Fri. cold, high wind.  

BREAKFAST --- tea 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- milk and egg
DINNER --- ( at Marilu's) crab meat Sardou with artichoke and creamy spinach | shrimp Etouffee  with brown rice | sweet potato tart | Beignets with Chicory coffee
