creamy eggplant, crunchy mastard green

 BREAKFAST --- coffee
 LUNCH ---  steamed dumplings 
 AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple 
 DINNER --- simmered eggplant with fermented fava bean sauce | simmered kao-fu pot with bitter melon  | sauteed mustard greens | rice | wine 




 
  • all vegetables, a break from Tuesday pork chop routine
