 AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
 DINNER --- kung-pao chicken | simmered spicy eggplant | Shanghai salsa | Ji-cai wonton soup | stir-fried winter bamboo shoot, bitter melon and shiitake | rice | sweet rice dumplings | wine
