French caramels for V day

2-14-2014 Fri. chilly, sunny. 



BREAKFAST --- coffee  | homemade Hungarian bread | Norwegian goat cheese | apple | grapefruit
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea 
DINNER --- fried rice with okra, snow peas, shiitake, Chinese sausage and egg| dashi poached spinach |  chive flowers and smoked tofu | butternut squash and apple soup | wine
