Mexcian all the way

3-14-2011 Mon. chilly, sunny.


BREAKFAST
--- coffee
LUNCH --- pasta with garlic scape and pork ( leftovers )
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- Wolong tea | apple
DINNER --- salsa | Mexican rice | sauteed tender kale greens with Mexican spices | refried black beans | sunny-side-up ranch eggs | homemade baked tortillas | wine




  • everything turns out well, egg is rich, bread is puffy, black beans are velvety, rice is firm and fragrant, salsa is hot and spicy, kale is fresh.
