in the mood for fine-chopping

4-15-2013 Mon. cool, cloudy.


BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- rice with kao-fu 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- mango | tea 
DINNER --- shiitake and bok choy soup | steamed dumplings with hand-chopped bok choy, shiitake, and chicken  | wine





 
  • hand chopped all ingredients for the filling, the texture and flavor are much better than that of using food processor.
