 BREAKFAST --- coffee
 LUNCH --- rice with pork chop and vegetable ragu 
 AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple | mango 
 DINNER --- stir-fried chive flowers with smoked tofu | sauteed mustard green | scrambled eggs with tomato, dried shrimp and cilantro | rice | wine
