Spanish olive, almond and sofrito

5-08-2013 Wed. mild, shower.  


 BREAKFAST --- coffee
 LUNCH --- rice with cabbage and pork 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- mango 
DINNER ---  Spanish almonds, green olives with lightly pickled fennel | steamed and pan-fried Brussels sprouts | pasta with homemade sofrito sauce  | wine 






 
  • the fridge is almost empty, the week is only half through
