AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- green tea | apple
DINNER --- roasted red pepper, chayote and smoked mussels | roasted Japanese sweet potatoes | linguine fini with sofrito sauce | red wine
- Another evening with limited cooking time. Though pasta is relatively quick to prepare, you cannot rush cooking sofrito. it just needs that much time to get the rich and sweet flavor out of onions and tomatoes.
