stir-fry in a real wok

6-12-2012 Tue. warm, rainy.

  

BREAKFAST --- tea 
LUNCH --- rice with sauteed kale and tofu 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- nectarine | cherries 
DINNER --- scrambled eggs with tomato | sauteed green beans with fermented black bean sauce | sit-fried spicy cabbage with fermented fava bean sauce | rice | fennel and radish salad | wine

  • a simple veggie dinner.  stir-fry in a round-bottom wok makes difference.
