BREAKFAST ---
LUNCH --- new potato and thin-sliced beef | bread
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- cherries 
DINNER --- simmered silken tofu with salt-cured duck egg | sauteed red stem kale | pan-roasted banana peppers stuffed with mushroom and minced chicken | fennel and tomato salad | rice | wine 










  • banana peppers from farmer's market are sweet and flavorful, pan-roasting works really well with its thin and crunchy skin.
