a great season for Japanese vegetables

LUNCH --- steamed dumplings 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- peach | tea 
DINNER --- baked Japanese sweet potato fries | pan-fried shishito pepper | broiled matsutake mushrooms with dashi and daikon | sauteed Japanese greens | steamed egg custard with matsutake | rice | salad |  wine
