Chinese taco and Chinese duck

 BREAKFAST --- coffee
 LUNCH --- ( in the garden) Chinese taco buns with twice-cooked pork shoulder and caramelized onion, cilantro 
 AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea 
 DINNER --- wine soy braised duck legs with roasted red pepper sauce | tea quail eggs | stir-fried orange pepper, cauliflowers and mushroom | seasoned basmati rice | salad
 wine 










  • working and cooking rolled into one long day in the kitchen.
