WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | croissant | bread | Gouda cheese | grapes | lychee 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea 
DINNER ---  foie gras | bread | Moules mariniere ( fisherman's mussels ) | Pommes boulangeres ( baked scalloped potatoes with tomatoes and bacon )  | sauteed summer silk squash with yam noodles | fennel and tomato salad | wine
