dumpling routines

6-20-2011 Mon. cool, cloudy.


BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- qabili pilau (leftovers)
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- green tea | cherries
DINNER --- steamed dumplings with fillings of minced chicken, shittake mushroom, baby bok choy | fennel and lettuce salad | wine



  • the filling ingredients are hand-chopped instead of machine-processed, it really matters to the taste.
