Gazpacho

BREAKFAST

AFTERNOON-TEATIME

DINNER --- gazpacho: cucumber, tomato, shallot, jalapeno, olive oil, sherry vinegar, garnished with fresh mint, sliced cherry, and sliced daikon | salad: fennel, lettuce, arugula, radish and cherry tomato | sauteed fresh peas, garlic scape and fried tofu skin | rice | wine | raspberry sorbet with kiwi



  • good to have fresh chilled gazpacho to cool down in a hot day.
