a whole salmon

8-18-2012 Sat. warm, sunny. 

  

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee |  croissant | bread | brie and blue cheese | champagne grapes | water melon 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- cherries 
DINNER ---  broiled salmon filet with ginger and scallion sauce |  fish head and tofu soup | sauteed Chinese silken squash with manila clams | pan-fried new potatoes with rosemary | fennel and avocado salad | rose 






 
  • beautiful day, a walk at the river bank.  whole salmons are flying out of the fish counter at the market. the head and tail tofu soup was a hit for the grands.
