shahghai style, braising and steaming

BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- steamed vegetable buns 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea 
DINNER --- Shanghai style soy and wine braised short ribs with star anise and ginger | stir-fried spicy cabbage | steamed eggplant with sesame oil and rice vinegar | rice | fennel salad | wine 


 
  • another hot summer week went by, looking forward to a real vacation.
