homegrown Roma beans

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | croissant | lychee | champagne grapes | peach
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea | watermelon
DINNER ---  corn fritters | steamed whole rock fish with ginger and scallion sauce | sauteed homegrown Roma beans | sauteed bitter melon | fish soup with silken tofu | avocado and fresh mozzarella salad | rice | wine

  • the first harvest of  Roma beans from the garden. they are far better than those at the market.
