BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- rice with ratatouille 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea | nectarine  
DINNER ---  new potatoes sauteed with tomato and onion | seared frozen rib steak  with mushroom sauce | sauteed zucchini and banana pepper | avocado salad | wine
