zucchini two ways

8-09-2013 Fri. warm, cloudy.  


BREAKFAST --- coffee 
LUNCH --- green tea soba with cucumber and shiso dipping sauce | sliced steak AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- zucchini fritter | zucchini and shiso tempura| stir-fried fresh fava beans and Chinese sausage | sauteed fresh corn with banana pepper and shallot | sauteed new potatoes with parsley and mustard | wine
