Hungarian bread, rock fish and ratatouille

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | croissant | scallion pancake | scrambled eggs with Chinese sausage | grape | watermelon 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea | grape 
DINNER --- homemade Hungarian fennel bread |  sauteed sweet corn and chili | pan-fried rock fish with ginger, green onion and fermented black beans | ratatouille ( sofrito, herb garlic paste, eggplant, zucchini, tomato) | salad | wine 











 
  • very fresh whole rock fish, and fresh vegetables for ratatouille from farmer's market. 
  •  a flavorful Hungarian bread with fennel seeds.
