LUNCH --- rice and sauteed chive-flower with beef
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- Wulong green tea | clementine | dried plums
DINNER --- stir-fried rice with egg, green onion, shiitake mushroom and sweet peas | pan-fried breaded pork chop | red wine
- Tuesday evenings are for music rehearsal and dance. Dinner has to be prepared in half a hour, pan-frying is quick and easy, , no cutting and chopping needed.
